LoVeMar – our ocean, our responsibility

LoVeMar provides solutions for streamlining the clean-up of marine debris from shorelines, the sea surface and rivers. It has been delivered to governments, private companies and organizations both internationally and in Norway. LoVeMar has together with partners developed the technology for a sweeper system and a floating conveyor belt.

The company is based on a wealth of experience and expertise within fisheries, oil spill response, mechanical industry and marine debris. Through technology transfer, LoVeMar has developed services and products that are highly effective in cleaning up marine plastic waste. With support and a large network in Norway and abroad, we continue to grow and develop in step with an increasingly larger and more important mission: To take care of the sea.

LoVeMar is part of the company network Marine Recycling Cluster (MRC), which in 2019 was awarded Arena cluster status from the Research Council, Siva and Innovation Norway.
